He did the assessments of both upstairs and downstairs units and worked with Shawn to provide me solution options. Shawn sold me a Superior 15 to replace a failed Nordyne unit for the first floor of my home in Shipyard - Hilton Head. Shawn project-managed an unbelievable crew. They were incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, professional, and skilled; and ultimately did a wonderful install.
